Exclusive to Goldberry Roasting Company
Mexico - Sierra Norte
Over the course of a decade, through our non-profit Coffee Growing Community, this coffee was developed alongside the growers of the Ixtlacalli Co-Op in Sierra Norte De Puebla, Mexico. The growers in this region are now being paid a premium price for this direct trade coffee and Goldberry Roasting Company is the first, and only, roaster in the US to import and carry coffee from this region.
Vanilla Bean Smoked Coffee
Vanilla Bean Smoked Coffee is not a flavored coffee, instead it is the product of a roasting process we invented and perfected. Sweet, fragrant smoke from organic Mexican vanilla beans is introduced to our Ethiopian coffee during the roasting process. The result is a coffee that is uniquely smooth, chocolatey and floral.
Mexico Sierra Norte: Nocturno Dark Roast
The same beans you love from Sierra Norte, but left in the roaster a bit longer to create a smooth, sweet and roasty dark roast!
