    Unroasted, green coffee beans from Sierra Norte, Mexico are aged inside of a single-use, rye whiskey barrel from High Bank Distillery in Columbus, OH! 

    Over the course of a couple weeks, the aromatics of the whiskey inside the barrel penetrate the green coffee beans, creating a unique brew that gives you everything you love about the taste of whiskey, without the alcohol. 

    Notes of sweet bread, fermented fruit and star anise are the main carry-overs from the aromatics of the whiskey and they are the perfect compliment to the wild sweetness and soft acidity of our Mexican coffee. 

    Enjoy this one  black, or with a dash of cream and sugar, either way you will not be disappointed!
