Tanzania Mutwari Peaberry is a specialty coffee harvested in the Mbozi, Mbeya Rural, Ileje & Rungwe districts by Tembo Coffee Company, established in 2012 in Mbeya, Tanzania. Mutwari coffee comes from over 50 smallholder farmer groups, the cherries are processed at washing stations and hand depulped at individual farmers homes. Parchment is then handpicked on the drying tables to remove defects and meet quality standards.
