Nyanja sits at 1,610 MASL, an altitude that supports slow cherry development, resulting in dense beans with layered, complex flavors.
Coffee at Nyanja is fully washed, a process that produces the clean, crisp profiles for which Kenyan coffees are worldrenowned. Freshly harvested cherries are delivered daily, sorted for ripeness, depulped, fermented, washed, and sun-dried on raised beds, preserving clarity and vibrancy in the final cup
