• Black River Espresso Blend - The same blend we use for espresso in our cafes! This medium-light blend combines two Central/South American coffees with a bright, Ethiopian coffee to create an espresso that has layers of flavor and complexity. Stellar on its own, but perfectly complements any milk you may add for lattes, cappuccinos etc.
• Fresh Squeezed Cold Brew - Bright and fruity, with a ton of sweetness, Fresh Squeezed produces a cold brew you will crave! To make a cold brew concentrate at home, we recommend a ratio of 5:1 (water:coffee), steep for 18 hours in room temp or cold water, remove the grounds and dilute with water or add to milk for a delicous cold brew latte. For dilution, start with the a 1:1 (water:concentrate) ratio and adjust to taste from there!
• Ethiopia Single Origin - Experience coffee at its origin. Specially roasted to shine in manual pour-over brewing. Tasting notes for this coffee may vary between floral/fragrant and berry/jammy as we often rotate between regions and processing methods to highlight different flavors through the country.
