Developed from a blending of two iconic Indian coffees - Monsooned Malabar AA and Mysore Nuggets - Elephant & Tiger Exudes the depth and rustic charm you expect from an Asian coffee. It was roasted to a Medium/Dark roast level and presents an earthy experience with creamy body, medium-low acidity and flavor notes of bakers chocolate, graham cracker, baking spice and sweet tobacco.
The Monsooned Malabar coffee in this blend is especially unique, as the green coffee beans are left exposed to the wind and rain on the monsoon season for 6-8 weeks!
