Our unroasted, Brazilian coffee beans are aged inside of a single-use, bourbon barrel from Minglewood Distilling Company, in Wooster, OH! and aged for a few weeks.
Over the course of a couple weeks, the aromatics of the bourbon inside the barrel penetrate the green coffee beans, creating a unique brew that gives you everything you love about the taste of Bourbon, without the alcohol.
Notes of oak, vanilla and stone fruit are the main carry-overs from the aromatics of the bourbon and they are the perfect compliment to the chocolatey, nuttiness of our Brazilian coffee.
Enjoy this one hot and black, or cold with a little milk and sweetener, either way you will not be disappointed!
